I Am Queen!

Well, at least a princess. Of procrastination, that is. My husband asked if I had downloaded the pics of our Monday outing to the Morton Arboretum. I hadn't. Low and behold, there were still pics on that darn camera from my cousin's fiancee's shower (in August):

A visit to my dad and step-mom's house (also in August):

There were a whole bunch from a visit to Minnesota to see 2 of my sisters, brothers-in-law and nieces. A birthday party was part of the weekend. But we have now moved on to September at least!

Oh, yes, and some arboretum pictures were there, as well. :) My kids love the scarecrow display that local Girl Scout troops participate in every year.

I'm sure my little point and shoot is around here somewhere, too. With more pictures to download. These were all taken with my DSLR. Considering the amount of pictures I took, I was flabbergasted that none were craft-related! Perhaps those are on my phone. Hm.

You'll have to let me know how these look to you. I didn't edit them at all. And they look a bit dull to me on Blogger. They looked much more vibrant to me in Aperture and iPhoto. Lots to learn still!

  1. At last! I have a way to see photos you have taken! My favorite is the shot taken from above... Andrea's deck maybe? The colors all look great to me, but I have no photographic capabilities!

  2. I just can't get over the kids all bundled up. It's still sleeveless wear in L.A. (lower Alabama).
